Returns

  • Return requests must be submitted through our Returns landing page within 30 days of your order date.
  • All items must be unworn and undamaged in original zip packaging.
  • All items are returnable except the following:
    • Items labeled "Final Sale"
    • Gloves / arm warmers
    • Liquid containers / water bottles
    • Lingerie
    • Hair accessories
  • Swimwear must be tried on over underwear for sanitary reasons and must have original protective hygiene sticker intact.

We reserve the right to reject the return of any item that does not comply with our return policy.  For more details on Returns terms and conditions, visit our FAQs page.

 

Return Instructions

Proceed to the Returns page with your order number and email address.  Order numbers may be found in the order confirmation email sent or by logging into your Brook & Vale account and visiting the My Account page.  Then, follow the instructions below:
    1. Select the payment method for your refund (Store Credit / Refund)
    2. Select reason for return (Doesn't suit me, etc.)
    3. Add your items and click "Continue"
    4. You will receive an email with mailing label to place on the package to ship your items.
    5. When your return is received at our location, your refund method excluding original and return shipping costs will be processed.
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for your return to be processed, plus 3-5 additional business days to appear on your bank statement.

    Exchanges

    In order to perform an exchange, proceed to the Return Instructions to return the item(s) you wish to exchange, then place a new order for the item(s) you wish to receive.  Exchanges are not guaranteed; availability limits apply.

       

      Returns Processing

      • Once your return has been shipped, allow up to 5-10 business days for the return to be processed at our facility.
      • If you choose to return for store credit and/or a gift card, your credit will be available in your Brook & Vale account for immediate use upon returns processing.
      • If you choose to return for full refund, expect the refund to be received by your bank or credit card account within 3-5 business days.  Processing times may vary and are subject to individual customer banking policies.  If you paid with another payment method, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
      • We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
